A&E Exteriors of Iowa's craftsmanship guarantee covers our labor for as long as you own your home. Warranty covers all labor costs associated with installation or repair of roofing, siding, gutters and windows. This includes leaks, failing or missing siding, blown or slipping shingles, overflowing or leaking gutters, and general installation. Materials are covered by manufacturers' warranties.

EXCLUSIONS: Damage from natural events including hail, wind, flooding, fallen trees or limbs, and concrete work are NOT covered by this warranty. This warranty does not transfer to subsequent homeowners and is voided by repairs or adjustments not performed by A&E Exteriors and acts of negligence or lack of proper maintenance by the homeowner.
